I was inspired to post a picture of the pie I had for dessert this evening because Andrew made a comment on my blog earlier this week about how "everyone loves punch and pie". And it's so true!
This evening we picked Nicole up from the airport and drove to Sunset Grill for dinner. I had pumpkin and goat cheese soup, tuna, and Jack Daniels pecan pie for dessert.
Tomorrow we're going to the Pancake Pantry, followed by a trip to the Jack Daniels distillery and perhaps a Nash Trash bus tour. Good times. I am so happy to see Nicole, even if she won't let me post pictures of her on my blog. :-)
