Moo!

I was driving into Nashville earlier this evening and I saw these cows being transported on the highway. They looked so sad! I teared up a little bit, but my hormones are crazy today and that may be why. If you look closely in the photo, you can see a little cow face. I really shouldn't take pictures while driving 80mph, but too late now.

Tomorrow night we go back to Baltimore: an unexpected trip for the funeral of my friend's mother. It's a tragic situation and has really thrown me for a loop this week; it brings up all sorts of feelings about my Dad that I don't usually deal with (but probably should) and I've snapped at a great deal of people for no particular reason at all. I feel horrible about it.
