More Loot!

We received a box of Christmas gifts today from Chad, Andrew, and Andrew's parents. You are all so sweet and we are thrilled with our gifts! Thank you so very much! Of course, I had to document the entire process of opening the gifts. Hehehe.

Opening our box of goodies! They sent everything in a Viva Terra box and now I am dying of curiosity to know what they ordered from Viva Terra.

The spread of our loot from Chad, Andrew, Kathy, and Rich.

Soon to be famous AJ jams! Mmm, so delicious. Don't worry, Andrew, I will save the jars for you. I am particularly excited to try the strawberry banana. I also love the little tags on them. I wish I knew how to do these things with my Mac. Andrew and Chad will have to teach me when I come visit them in January.

Washi Eggs! Steph seriously flipped out when she saw these. They are so cool. Andrew, is this what you and your Mom were using the liquid starch for?

This is a close up of one of the Washi Eggs Andrew and his mom, Kathy, made for us. Aren't they gorgeous?!?! I want you guys to teach me how to make them!

So glad you got the package. That was fast. The eggs are hard...you could do it though!!! Yes, it is what we needed the liquid starch for. Such a long story.

Yay! I'm so glad it came so quickly! I could hardly contain myself because I couldn't wait for it to arrive. I think the strawberry banana jam turned out well. Both of those jams are my own recipes so I wasn't sure if they would turn out. Aren't those wooden owl cards so cute? I hope you enjoy the mix CD we made for you. I forgot to tell you that I really liked the one you sent!

Oh yeah, the eggs were definitely made with Steph in mind. We know about her fetish with Fabergé eggs - this is our toned down version of those. Ours are made with real eggs inside (empty of course).

S can't understand why I love those eggs but hate faberge eggs. I told her it was because those eggs aren't tacky and encrusted with hideous jewels.

Andrew, sorry we called you so late...I hope we didn't wake you up. I always forget about the time difference there. Doh.

Kathy, I want you and Andrew to teach me how to make them.

Yay for gifts!

I had no idea they were doing that! If I had known I would have included some jewelry!

Be nice to your sister, Andrew, and keep her in the loop!

Oh well, I'm not going to complain if I get more mail. Real mail is so much fun.

I jumped on the blog bandwagon.

Adina--what do you like? earrings? bracelets? necklaces? gold? silver? bright colors? I will design something for you!!

Erin, I like silver, bracelets and necklaces, and my favorite colors are blue and green. You know, since you asked and all.
