Is this a snowman? No, it's Ativan! I always take it before getting on a plane; it makes me sleepy and helps calm me down enough to tolerate the flight. Pharmaceuticals are glorious. I don't know how I would survive if I didn't have a spouse that could just make happy drugs magically appear.

I have an overnight flight tonight from Seattle to Philly and I'm afraid I won't be able to sleep at all. I wish I had Steph so I could get some Lunesta or something ...
Lunesta blows...ambien is definitely the way to go with sleeping meds.
