This is a picture of the cake my Mom made for Maggie's bridal shower. It was GORGEOUS and so tasty too. The icing was seriously the best icing I think I've ever had.

This cake is so beautiful. I wish your mother lived near me. I would have her making cakes all the time. I have never seen such a lovely cake before.
Thanks, Kathy. It was so tasty too! It will be sad when they retire to AZ in the Fall of 2008; we won't have such easy access to these delicious pastries.
