Bon Appetit: May 2008 issue
This is a recipe I made from the May 2008 issue of Bon Appetit. It's Thai Tofu with Red Pepper Spinach and Peanuts. I was supposed to top it with peanuts, but I forgot to buy them, so oh well. It was still good. I heart tofu-- it is so nutty and delicious. I want to learn how to make it.

I'd skip the tofu and use chicken instead. Looks very tasty.
