I gave Winston a bath today. He didn't like it, but he was pretty good about it. He's pretty timid about new things, noises, and people.

I don't think you need to bath cats unless they have fleas. We never bath our cat because she is always "preening" herself (she is an inside cat which helps keep her cleaner). Cats hate water. Cats are much smarter than dogs. They know how to take care of themselves and boss humans around!
He is a very cute kitty and now Chad and Andrew will want one too!

Andrew and Chad should get a cat! ...Although I don't think the guinea pigs would like that very much.
Since we adopted him, I was afraid he would have some fleas, so I bathed him as a precautionary measure.
You are right-- cats are MUCH smarter than dogs. He learned his name almost instantaneously.
