Banana Split

I am definitely an emotional eater. And stress makes me want to eat ice cream. I've been craving a hot fudge sundae or banana split for weeks now. Last night I made one with M&M and Cookie Dough ice cream. Tasty. What do you eat when you are stressed?

Oh my god this looks so good.

When I'm stressed, I eat whatever's around but I think I tend to go for salty or greasy stuff most. I tend to eat less frequently when stressed and then stuff myself when I do eat.

Ice cream. Almost any kind (except the ones with raisans or marshmellows).

I don't like nuts in my ice cream. I like it smooth so I don't have to chew. Ice cream is a good stress buster!!
