On Monday night, while dining in my hotel room on a sandwich I picked up from Jason's Deli, I also drank a bottle of Evolution. It's a great white wine from Oregon that I've liked for about 5 or 6 years now. Quite tasty. I drank it all night long and watched Dancing With the Stars, which, by the way, is a TERRIBLE show. I don't know why I even sat through the entire thing. The wine made it tolerable, I suppose.

I know this wine! I forget how, though. DWTS is such a guilty pleasure.
