For Nicole's birthday, we went to the Helmand for dinner. The Helmand is a Baltimore institution. It has been awarded the best "date" restaurant for every year since I can remember. It's an Afghani restaurant with really interesting and tasty food. We went out with Alex, Jocalyn, Julie, and of course, Nicole.
