Larb!

On Thursday evening we went to Cool Springs to have dinner at Jasmine. We went there because we needed to go out that way to pick Steph's car up (she had the oil changed) and because I've been craving thai food. Jasmine won Best Thai restaurant in Nashville and while I must admit I did not have high hopes, the food was actually really good, fresh, and refreshingly spicy. I was very pleased. For an appetizer, we shared some larb. Mmm, so gingery and limey.
